Self-service Queue Kiosk (Microcontroller Model)

The host is equipped with an integrated 58mm thermal printer and has a paper-out reminder function. Communication between the host, display, and call number devices is achieved through wired connections

Main functions include: ticket taking, calling queue numbers, re-calling, displaying the current number being called, and showing the number of people waiting in the queue. When a queue number is called, the kiosk also plays a voice prompt for the called number.

This kiosk is ideal for smaller spaces like banks, retail locations, and other environments requiring queue management.

This small kiosk was developed as an ODM product for a Japanese client and is currently used at the Japan Provincial Postal Savings Bank.
