Production Process
From the design stage, Kioskian’s R&D team strictly follows the quality management system standards to ensure top-notch product quality.
Once a product concept is proposed, electronic engineers are responsible for selecting the electronic modules, determining technical parameters, and validating the electronic design with all components before creating a prototype. This ensures that the product’s electronic design is reliable and feasible.
Kioskian has partnered with a well-established cabinet factory, with whom they’ve had a successful collaboration for over twenty years. This long-term partnership guarantees the high-quality sheet metal needed for the self-service devices. New products are developed with custom molds in the cabinet factory. After assembly of components like the mainboard and display modules, engineers conduct an in-depth optimization of the design during the prototyping phase.
Once the prototype passes customer acceptance, orders for mass production can be placed.
2. Production Flow Management
The production process begins with order placement through ERP. The flow includes procurement based on the BOM, quality checks upon receipt of raw materials (IQC inspection), material distribution, production installation, hardware aging, software testing, shipping, and logistics. All steps are closely monitored according to the company’s quality control system.
Kioskian maintains close collaboration with suppliers across the entire supply chain to ensure the consistent availability of raw materials. Additionally, Kioskian’s highly skilled software development team is deeply familiar with the drivers and commands of common hardware peripherals, ensuring smooth integration of hardware with customer applications.
